Renowned comic D.L. Hughley simply weighed in on the firestorm of debate surrounding fellow comic Kathy Griffin’s badly developed if too-convincingly performed mock beheading of President Donald Trump, which, if you do not remember, appeared like this:
In an interview with TMZ, Hughley rightfully compared the artistic stunt to a tirade carried on by former 70s rockstar turned crackpot racist ammophiliac Ted Nugent.Decked out in full-on camouflage hunting equipment, Nugent wielded two device weapons while raving,”Obama, he’s a piece of sh * t. I informed him to suck on my machine gun. Hey Hillary,” he continued.” You may wish to ride among these into the sunset, you useless b * tch.” Nugent summed up his significant speech by shrieking “liberty!”
This little outburst didn’t stop President Trump from inviting Ted Nugent to the White Home, where he ate supper with the President. The double standard is staggering as Trump’s little ragtag band of deplorables, the so-called Kekistani crusaders of “free speech,” suddenly turn their tails and called for Griffin’s head for bold to mock their incorrect emperor.
“If you got mad a Kathy Griffin and didn’t state sh * t about Ted Nugent, you’re a hypocrite … It’s simply absurd man, the important things we decide to be upset by. A man who grabs females’s p * ssies is not in a condition to be angered by anything” stated Hughley. He went on to
information how it was very important for comics to stick by their jokes and to not be intimidated by pressure from outdoors or taboos that might limit them.Watch the full clip here:
